6.3 Automatic calibration of  “C” parameter

The  automatic calibration of “C” parameter  is effected by covering  a fixed distance
of 100 metres according to the instructions listed below:

1. Measure a distance  of 100 metres on the ground and place the machine on

the starting point;

2. Display  ”C”  parameter;  press  “+”  (fig.  1,  ref.  A  )  and  “-“  (fig.1,  ref.  C)  keys

simultaneously to start counting (the display will be reset) releas keys;

3. Drive along a way of 100 metres and stop after covering that fixed distance;

during  the  counting  phase  the  display  will  show  the  number  of  impulses
received by the sensor;

4. Stop  counting  by  pressing  “width  -  PROG.”  key  (rif.  B,  fig.1).  The  impulses

obtained will be automatically programmed in  “C” parameter.

6.4 How to programming the delay

between visual and acoustic

alarm

The programmable delay between the visual and the acoustic alarm is the time, in
seconds,  that  runs  between  the  visual  signal  of  an  alarm  on  a  row  (the  relative
segment  starts  flashing)  and  the  acoustic  alarm  signal;  this  delay  means  that  in
case of temporary or brief alarm events on one or multiple rows, the operator is not
continuously disturbed by the buzzer.

With  the  monitor  switched  off,  press  keys  A,  B  and  C  together  and, while keeping
them pressed, switch the monitor on by pressing the "ON/OFF" key and wait without
releasing the keys. At the end of the initial test, 6 horizontal segments will appear on
the  display  for  about  2  seconds,  then,  the  indication  "r  -"  followed  by  the
programmed value: at this point, release the keys and press keys A or C individually
to increase or decrease the programmed value.

Once the desired  value has been  reached, keep key B pressed until the display re-
starts from the working hours indicating that the new data has been stored.

Alarm delay “r”

0 ÷ 5 seconds in steps of

1 second

default: 1 second

6.5 How to programming the sensitivity of seeds to count

To program the rows-alarm sensitivity (values from 1 to 20) the monitor must be off.
Press  B  and  C  keys  (ref.  Fig.  1  pag.Errore.  Il  segnalibro  non  è  definito.
simultaneously  and  hold  them  pressed;  at  the  same  tome  power  on  the  monitor,
and  keep  on holding  B and C keys pressed until „S-“ text  is  displayed, followed  by
the current sensitivity  value; press C(-) or A(+) keys to  change the displayed value
(ref. Fig.  1  pag.Errore. Il segnalibro non è definito.), while press and hold A key
