Disposal

Dispose the unusable device according to valid regulations.

Disposal of spent batteries/accumulators
You are required by law to return all spent batteries. Disposing of used batteries
with domestic waste is prohibited!

Batteries / NiCad cells containing toxins are marked by
accompanying symbols that refer to the prohibition of dis-
posal with domestic waste. The designations for the deci-
sive heavy metals are: Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb
lead. You may return spent batteries/accumulators free of

charge to the recycling centres, our outlets or
anywhere else where batteries/accumulators are sold.

By doing so, you fulfil the legal requirements and contribute to the conservation of
our environment!

Function Description

The microphone converts acoustic signals (sounds waves) into electrical signals and
transmits them to a receiver via UHF radio link. The receiver converts the radio sig-
nals into electrical signals that can be transferred to a mixer or similar device for pro-
cessing and amplifying.
A microphone pre-amplifier, which can be switched off, is built into the receiver. It is
possible to connect the audio output of the receiver device with microphone or LINE
inputs.
The receiver is equipped with aviation technolgy and a static noise filter. This tech-
nology enables an almost noise-free radio transmission.
A battery voltage monitor is built into the device for low battery warning.

Operation

In order to ensure proper startup, carefully read this operating
manual with the safety instructions!
Before connecting the receiver with the audio device, turn off
both devices and disconnect the receiver from the power supply.
When changing the wiring, proceed accordingly.

Setting up the receiver

Make sure when selecting the setup location that direct sunlight,
vibrations, dust, heat, cold und moisture are avoided.
No devices with strong electrical or magnetic fields (heavy
motors, mobile phones, cordless devices, computers, etc.) may
be in the vicinity of the device.
Ensure a stable setup so that the hazard of falling devices is neg-
ligible.
Do not drill or fasten any extra screws into the housing of the
device as this can lead to contacting dangerous voltages.

Make sure the device is set up on a level surface.
