NOTE: 

This Use and Care Guide covers several different models. Your dryer may not have all of the cycles and features described.

PAUSING OR RESTARTING  

To pause the dryer at any time - 

Open the door or press 

S

TART •

 PAUSE once.

 

To restart the dryer - 

Close the door and press and hold

S

TART •

 PAUSE button until dryer starts.

STOPPING YOUR DRYER 

To stop the dryer at any time- 

Press PO

WER • C

ANCEL 

once or open the door. 

SIGNALS 

CYCLE SIGNAL -

 Select ON or OFF, to alert you when a 

cycle ends.

DAMP DRY SIGNAL -

 Select ON or OFF, to alert you when 

your clothes are 80% dry.

Use a time cycle to set a drying time and 

temperature. 

1. Press 

POWER 

 CANCEL.

 

2. Rotate

 the dial to select a Timed Cycle.

3. Press

 the TIME ADJUST up or down buttons until the desired 

    drying time is displayed. 

4. Press 

TIMED CYCLES TEMP until the desired temperature 

    glows.

    

    Select the WRINKLE PREVENT feature, if desired.

5. Press and Hold

TART • PA

USE.

TIMED DRY -

 Select this cycle to control time and 

temperature.

AIR DRY -

 Use Air Dry with TIMED DRY for items requiring 

drying without heat.

TOUCH UP -

 Select this cycle to help remove wrinkles from

clean, dry clothes.

QUICK DRY -

 Select this cycle to dry small or loads

requiring less drying time.

USING TIMED CYCLES

STEAM CYCLES 

Steam Cycles use water and heat to reduce 

wrinkles and odors in dry items.

See “Cycles” for more details.

1. Press

2. Select

 a Steam Cycle.

3. Press and Hold

 STAR

USE.

USING SENSOR CYCLES 

Sensor Cycles automatically match the cycle 

setting to the type of load, and adjust drying 

time for optimal performance.  See “Cycle 

Setting Chart.”

1. Press 

POWER 

• C

ANCEL.

2. Select

 a Sensor Cycle.

3. Select

 WRINKLE PREVENT feature, if desired.

4. Press and Hold

USE.

To make changes during a Sensor Cycle:
1. Press

 START 

 PAUSE.

2. Select 

SENSOR CYCLES DRYNESS or Option.

3. Press and Hold

 STAR

T • PA

USE.

 

NOTE: 

For the Sanitize Cycle (on some models), do not 

interrupt the cycle to ensure sanitization.

 lint screen before each load.

 laundry in dryer and shut door.
