We recommend you use lubricating oil  

(not supplied) when necessary as indicated  

in the assembly instructions.

Step 1:  

INSTALLING THE HANDLEBAR:

 

Slot the handlebar into the head tube at a straight angle and make sure the brake 

cables are positioned in front of the handlebar. We recommend applying some 

lubricating oil to the head tube before inserting it. Adjust the height and the angle 

as desired. Use an allen key (size 6) to attach the handlebar to the bike. Make sure  

the bolt is tightly fastened.

In case you are also mounting the bike basket to your AYIA women’s bike, 

please follow the steps of the basket manual first, before proceeding with 

the AYIA build-up.
