TIPS TO FOLLOW WHEN STORING YOUR WATER PUMP FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME:
A Clean your water pump thoroughly and properly.

To avoid dampening the impeller of your water pump, flush the unit properly with
clean water to remove any mud and other sediments. Before doing this, ensure
that the drain plug has been removed.

Empty the fuel tank.

Replace with clean engine oil.

Slowly pull the starter handle until you feel pressure.

Clean the water pump surface and store in a dry place.

Cover the water pump for dust protection.
