A weighted sound pressure level of 75 dB is measured at a distance of 1m from
the mechanical surface. The position of the maximum sound pressure is at the
outlet and the value is 83 dB.
Workers shall wear earplugs if they are exposed to an equivalent sound level
greater more than 85 dB per 8 hours per working day.
