5> Before the equipment is started, ensure the arms, clothing and alltools not to touch the moving and
rotating parts of the equipment;
6> Including V-shaped belt, gear, fan, etc.;
7> When servicing or maintaining the equipment, be sure to remove some parts of the equipment,
but remember to keep sufficient safety awareness. Do not place your hands near the fan.
8> When the power is supplied from a generator, in order to avoid accidentally starting the equipment
during maintenance, the connection between the engine and the welding equipment should be
removed before maintenance.
7. Electromagnetic field
Any occasion with the flow of the welding current will produce electromagnetic fields, and the welding
equipment itself will have electromagnetic radiation;
1> Electromagnetic field has an effect on pacemakers. A person who has a pacemaker should consult a
doctor.
2> The health effects of the welding machine electromagnetic field have not been confirmed and
identified, so the negative influence on the body is not precluded;
3> Welding personnel should follow the methods mentioned below to reduce the harm of
electromagnetic fields on the human body:
● Possibly connect the cable connected with the work-piece together with the welding cable.
● Do not wrap the cable around all or part of the body.
● Try not to stay in the middle of the welding cable and grounding (work-piece) cable. If the welding
cable is on the left, the grounding cable may as well be on the left.
● The length of the cable connected with the work-piece and the welding cable should be as short
as possible.
● Do not perform welding operations near welding source.
8. Noise
Caution: Excessive noise can affect health and may cause damage to some people’s heart and hearing.
However, the welding machine noise conforms to the requirements of electric welding
machine standards.

WELDING OPERATION
1 Safe operating instructions
● The operator of the welding machine must be fully aware of the contents of this instruction manual and
have the knowledge and skills of safe operation.
● Please use under the rated load duration rate, if the actual load duration rate exceeds the rated value,
it may cause deterioration of the welding machine, or even burn the welding machine.
