‘ENTER PUK1/2’

the SIM is blocked because the wrong PIN1/2 has
been entered three times in succession. You must
apply to your network provider for a special eight digit
unblock PIN known as a  P U K (the PUK may be
supplied with your PIN1/2)

to unblock the SIM press the following (the network
provider may give alternative instructions which will
work with your phone)

IMPORTANT:  If  an  incorrect  PUK  is  entered  10
