Warning!
The appliance has to be turned on, before any food is pushed against the cutting
blade.

Use the cutting arm to calmly push the food against the cutting blade, make sure you move
the cutting arm totally forwards and backwards.

Do not catch the sliced meat by hand, but let it drop. If desired you can place
something to catch the slices.

Pushing hard may cause damage to the appliance.

Never push food against the cutting knife by hands.

When food got stuck into the appliance, turn off the appliance, wait until the cutting blade has
stopped turning and remove the plug from the main socket. Thereafter you can remove the
food.

Do not use other objects, like a spoon or spatula; they can cause damage to the
appliance.

The cutting blade is very sharp and can cause wounds when not used with care

After you sliced the last slice, pull the cutting arm completely towards yourself.
•
Turn off the appliance by using the ‘On /Off’ switch.
•
Wait till the cutting blade stopped moving and slices can be removed safely.
•
When you are finished with the appliance, make sure it is cleaned according to the steps in
chapter ‘Cleaning and maintenance’.

When the appliance will not be used for a longer period, please remove the plug from the main
socket.
Cleaning and maintenance
•
Always remove the plug from the socket before any cleaning or maintenance is being done to
the appliance.

Warning!
Do not use any aggressive detergents or scourers, which may cause scratches. Do
not use gasoline containing solvents while cleaning. Make sure no water enters the appliance.

Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid!

Clean the appliance with a damp cloth (water with mild detergent). Dry the appliance totally by
making use of a dry towel.

The cutting blade can be removed by unscrewing the black plastic bolt located at the back of
the appliance. After which you can remove the inner plate to gain acces to the blade. The
blade can be removed using an Allen Key. The space behind the blade can be cleaned using
a long brush.

Warning!
The cutting blade is extremely sharp and can cause injuries. Therefore, always use
protective gloves during cleaning.

The product tray can be removed by completely unscrewing the black bolt located at the front
of the appliance. Do not clean loose parts in a dishwasher, this may cause damage to the
materials.
