up window appears. Select “NO” to use the last setting and select “YES” to use the
default setting.
7. Wear the watch on the wrist and make sure the skin has direct contact with electrodes 2
and 3. Then place a finger from the opposite hand on electrode 1.

Tap “INVERT ECG” to invert the ECG waveform if needed.
