(3). Prnting failure. Check the rationality of model support
construction. If there is no problem with the model support, check if the
blade edge of the scraper have resin residual. Check if the scraper is
working properly, and check the level of working platform.
(4). Servo motor alarm. Lock emergency botton and restart.

Warranty statement and license agreement
After-sale warranty
1. Within 7 days from receipt of the goods, we will bear the cost of
round-trip freight for you to replace or repaire free of charge due to the
quality problems.
2. From the 7
th
day to 90
th
day, we will change and repaire the
components free of charge due to the quality problem. The freight cost
should be undertaken by customer side.
3. Beyond the 90
th
day, the printer components and reparing cost
should be undertaken by customer side.
4. Artificial damage is not covered by warranty.
Return and Exchange
1. The basic rules for returning and exchanging goods are as
follows: 1. Guarantee the complete package, accessories and
instructions of the goods, and keep the goods the same as sold. As long
as one item above do not meet our basic rules, it is not acceptable to
