Operation
WARNING: Always set the MT1020B power switch to the OFF position before installing or removing the
combination USB/Power cable assembly to prevent possible damage to the instrument.
•
Set the power switch to the OFF position.
•
Inspect each connector on the tuner, controller and cable assembly to ensure that all connections are
clean and undamaged.
•
Align the cable connectors with the tuner and controller connectors and attach. Verify that all connectors
are fully engaged before continuing.
•
Install a USB cable assembly between the host computer and the MT1020B Power Distribution Hub. Set
the MT1020B power switch to the ON position.
To be fully functional, the Power Distribution Hub requires at least one attached USB instrument.. The 4 port USB
hub is a standard USB 2.0 hub assembly and will be detected by the computer’s Windows operating system.
Operation of the USB tuners will be controlled using Maury ATS software version 4.00 or later. No software is
required for operation of the MT1020B Power Distribution Hub itself.
