OPEN THE FLIP LEVER FOR THE HORIZONTAL 

ADJUSTMENT AND SLIDE THE HANDLEBARS 

TO ITS MOST FORWARD POSITION.

ASSEMBLE THE BOTTOM END CAP.

CHECK THE HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT OF THE HANDLEBARS, WITH THE FLIP LEVER OPENED, FOR EASE OF MOTION 

WHEN ADJUSTING. 

CHECK THE CLAMPING FORCE OF THE HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT WITH THE FLIP LEVER CLOSED. MAKE SURE THE 

HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT PERFORMS SUFFICIENTLY.
