7. Ensure the Knife Block is free from
damage Allen key.
8. Select the Skiver Blade required.
9. Reattached the Skiver Blade with two M5x10 10. Firmly tighten the bolts to secure the Skiver Blade
Countersunk bolts, using 3mm Allen Key.
Use anti-sieze on the bolts (if available)
11. Reattach the Blade Holder with the Locking 12. The Skiver is now ready for use.
Lever, ensure the washer is on the Lever.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Only trained personnel should be allowed to operate the SKIVER.
PPE should be worn while changing the blade – HAND, EYE & FOOT.
The Standard Operating Procedure should be read prior to use.
Caution – USE CARE WHEN HANDLING THE KNIFE BLADE.
