Tips for fault diagnostics
Symptom
Possible cause
Rectification
Device does not
discharge any oil.
The container is empty.
The oil supply has been interrupted.
Faulty pump.
Check the level of the container.
Prime the pump, check the supply line.
Replace pump.
Device is
producing too
little oil.
Suction screen is clogged.
Filter in the handle of the nozzle is
clogged.
Clean suction screen.
Clean filter.

Disposal
After termination of use the device is to be disposed of in an environmentally
friendly manner in accordance with applicable statutory provisions.
Oil-tainted parts do not belong in the dustbin!
The applicable regulations for the registration, installation and operation of
equipment for handling of substances hazardous to water are to be strictly observed by the
operator (such as, e.g., Federal Water Act, German Ordinance on Exposure to Substances
Hazardous to Waters and Technical Rules and Regulations for Flammable Liquids).
