SAFETY

These instructions must be read by all users. Following these instructions carefully will help to avoid
accidents, reduce repair costs and help to increase the lifetime of the 3-in-1 truck.
n
Before use inspect the 3-in-1 truck for any damage, wear and tear etc. If found remove the 3-in-1 truck from
operation until a qualified engineer has repaired it with genuine parts.
n
Before use ensure the user has the correct protective clothing on.
n
Locate the 3-in-1 truck in a suitable clean, tidy and well lit work area.
n
Ensure the 3-in-1 truck is of the correct capacity for the load being lifted. DO NOT exceed the rated capacity.
n
Never load loose or unstable goods.
n
Do not park the 3-in-1 truck on a slope.
n
Never attempt to turn the 3-in-1 truck on a slope.
n
Never stop the 3-in-1 truck on a slope.
n
Never operate in rainy conditions.
n
Do not park the 3-in-1 truck anywhere where it may cause an obstruction.
n
It is forbidden for the operator to stand or sit on the 3-in-1 truck.
n
It is forbidden to use the 3-in-1 truck to transport humans.
n
The operator must ensure the cargo is not stacked too high as this will cause the 3-in-1 truck to overturn.
n
The operator should pay attention at all times to ensure any clothing or body parts do not get too close to the
3-in-1 truck in case of entrapment, crushing or personal injury.
n
Untrained personnel should stand away at a safe distant whilst the 3-in-1 truck is in operation.
n
Before entering on to an elevator ensure that the elevator can bear the load of the 3-in-1 truck, cargo and
operator before entering.
n
DO NOT use the 3-in-1 truck for purposes other than that for which it is intended.

4 wheel sack truck assembly
1.
Unhook the locking hook
2.
Tilt back the truck and pull the frame with the two
castors towards you (see Fig. 1).
3.
Secure the frame with the locking hook.
Platform truck assembly
1.
Unhook the locking hook.
2.
Pull the frame with the two castors
out towards you and lay the main truck
frame flat (see Fig. 2).
3.
Ensure that the platform is secure and stable
before use.
Sack truck assembly
1.
Make sure that the truck is in an upright position.
2.
Ensure that the frame with the two castors
is secured in an upright position using the
locking hook before use (see Fig. 3).
Storage
After use, store in an upright position and use
the locking hooks to secure the truck so that it
doesn’t fall flat (see Fig. 3).
