When pressing the button, the alarm appears on Amperian (see Figure 20).

3.7.2 Remote access options
Customers can control who has access to their system. To enable this, go to the Configuration tab of the
Amperian interface and select the
Require allow
option (see Figure 21). On the monitoring page, a button
will appear (see Figure 22). When this button is pressed, Mastervolt or a Service Organisation has access
to the system for one hour. After one hour, the customer needs to grant access again.
