PROBLEM: 

Extractor does not run, no power.

Possible Cause

Fuse blown or circuit breaker tripped.

Replace fuse with same rating or reset 
circuit breaker.

Faulty ON/OFF switches.

Replace switch or switches.

3)

Loose wiring.

Trace and repair.

Faulty motor.

Replace motor.

5)

Defective power cord or damaged plug.

Replace power cord or plug.

6)

No power to pump.

Check electrical system.

Replace rocker switch

PROBLEM: 

Loss of vacuum.

Drain valve open.

Close drain valve.

Leaking around recovery lid.

Replace recovery lid gasket.

Holes in vacuum hose or loose cuffs.

Replace hose or tighten cuffs.

Check and unclog

Water coming out of vacuum exhaust.

Use a low foaming detergent.

Recovery tank full.

Clean filter screen. Replace if necessary.
