Step 1
Connect controller to smoker body.
Step 2
Plug power cord into an outlet (refer to “Warnings & Important
Safeguards” section of manual).
Step 3
Turn control knob to desired setting.
Indicator light will turn off when set temperature is reached.
Note:
Temperature gauge on smoker door reflects setting on
controller and displays temperature inside unit.
