TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

SYMPTOM

Power light won’t come on

Unit takes excessive amount of 
time to heat up  
(longer than 60-70 min) 

There is a gap between the door 
and the smoker when in use and 
door latch has no more 
adjustment
Grease is leaking out of smoker 
through door and legs 

No smoke
Temperature rapidly decreased 
or shut down after few hours of

Controller displaying error
