ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING:
For your own safety, do not plug the
power cord to the power source until all assembly
steps have been completed.
ASSEMBLY OF BASE/COLUMN
•
Locate base (#4), column support flange (#5) and
column (#2). Remove protective covering paper
and discard.
•
Position base on the floor.
•
Place column support flange on the base and
align the holes in the support flange with the holes
in the base. (Fig. 1)
•
Locate four (4) hex bolts, four (4) washers among
loose parts in bag.
•
Install a bolt, washer and lock washer in each
hole through the support flange and base and
tighten with a wrench. (Fig. 2)
•
Slide the column into the column support flange
and tighten the set screw furnished on the flange
with the hex key.
INSTALLATION OF BRACKET ASSEMBLY
1. Locate bracket assembly (#3), crank handle (#7)
and rack (#6).
2. Put bracket assembly over the column, align the
hole of table bracket with column and then insert
rack with teeth face outside half way through the
hole between bracket and column. (Fig. 3).
3. Slide the bracket assembly into the rack and
column to the position you want. (Fig 4).
4. Install crank handle to the shaft and tighten with
hex key. (Fig. 5).
5. Adjust the rack to the proper position by turning
crank handle until the bottom of rack reaches the
edge of the column support flange. (Fig. 6)
6. Secure the rack by installing rack ring(#10).(Fig.
7)
7. Secure the bracket assembly to the column by
tightening handle lock. (Fig 8)
