7.2.
Lower Beam Alignment
1, Open the two adjustment screw covers on the bottom side of the optical head assembly.
2, Using the same standard cross-hair test pattern from the projector.
3, Using a 2mm or 5/64” hex key use the right hand screw to alter the vertical image position and
the left hand screw for the horizontal image position.
LOWER MIRROR PRISM
ADJUSTMENT SCREW
(VERTICAL)
CLOCKWISE: UP
COUNTER-CLOCKWISE: DOWN
LOWER MIRROR PRISM
ADJUSTMENT SCREW
(HORIZONTAL)
CLOCKWISE: RIGHT
COUNTER-CLOCKWISE: LEFT
Once alignment of both the upper
and lower secondary images is
complete, close the four adjustment
screw covers.
