Troubleshooting

Battery cannot be
fitted the into the
battery charger
The charger and the
battery pack may not
match.
Check if the charger
and the battery
pack are specifically
designed to work
together.
The battery can be
inserted into the
charger only in one
direction. Turn the
battery around until it
can be inserted into
the slot. The indicator
light should be green
and flash when the
battery is charging.
The battery can be
inserted into the
charger in the wrong
direction.
Different charging
times
The battery pack is
only partly discharged.
It may be re-charged
in less than rated
charging time.
Fully charge the
battery pack.
Ambient temperature
is very cold/hot.
Please find an
appropriate
environment with
proper air temperature
to start charging.
Battery pack is very
hot.
Allow battery pack to
cool first to ambient
temperature and then
recharging can be
started.
Batteries have a higher
Ah rating.
Batteries of higher Ah
rating require more
charging time.
