The pins need to match the according notches to prevent the part from rotating.

The seal face is in place once a catching can be noticed and the seal face stays in place.

A higher force might be required.
Check for compression of the spring assembly.

Install the back housing with the assembled seal system on the end shield. Make sure you install it in
the required orientation. (See "Possible pump orientations" on page 17 .)

Tighten the screws by turning them clockwise.

Carefully assemble the support unit with the installed seal face.

Tighten the screws on the support at the back of the housing, by turning them clockwise using a
wrench.
