The round baler DIAVEL CUT and DIAVEL CUT
630 can be equipped with various accessories
depending on the operator's needs, below shows
the list of accessories and then some guidelines
for the accessories that they need more
information.
8.1 LIST OF ACCESSORIES

8.2 BALE EJECTOR
The ejector is an accessory that leaves the bale
after unloading and speeds up the work.
When working without an ejector, it is necessary
to withdraw with the machine of a few meters
before unloading the bale, and drive forward after
the discharge to prevent that rear door damages
the bale during closure.
ATTENTION
Do not use the ejector in the presence of land
with high slopes.
8.3 BRAKE SYSTEM
For safe driving, the round baler can be equipped
with mechanic, hydraulic or pneumatic braking
system.
Depending on the country of use, the installation
of a type of braking system may be compulsory or
not for road use. Follow the rules of the country
where the machine circulates to choose the
configuration to be adopted for the machine.
In both cases, with pneumatic or hydraulic braking
system, the machine will be provided with a
mechanical parking brake.
The parking brake consists of a lever on the draw
bar of the round baler and a series of cables and
steel sheaths. The adjustment of the parking
brake can be performed using the casing end
threaded which are located at the ends of the
relevant sheaths.
WARNING
Always engage the parking brake when you
park the round baler near public roads or in
areas which are not flat.
Remember to disengage the parking brake
when you start moving again with the round
baler.
WARNING
It is necessary to check periodically the
condition of the brake drums. In case you find
poor braking performance and loud noise from
the brake contact a service center for an
inspection.
The axle seats braking drums are driven by a pair
of adjustable levers.
The adjusting of the levers should be performed
each time you feel poor braking capacity.
Is necessary to act on the adjusting screw (fig 46)
to set the adjusting (deplacing the screw rotation
stop). A correct adjusting allows to recover the
space from the brake cylinder and the levers
maintaining the wheel turning free when not
braked.
ATTENTION
Check that the brakes are not blocked after the
adjust of the levers
