Fan transmission
The fan transmission is used to run and stop the
fan.
Move the lever toward the front of the machine
to connect the gear, and the fan will run. Move
the lever toward the rear of the machine to shift
in neutral, and the fan will stop.
If it is difficult to switch the lever to the rotational
position of the fan, turn the universal joint little.
Stop the fan when blowing air with the fan is not
necessary, such as while chemical is agitated or
the auxiliary spray cock is used for spraying.

Adjustment plate
The adjustment plates are used to adjust the
direction in which air comes out.
The adjustment plates can be moved by
loosening the hinge screws. After the
adjustment, be sure to tighten the hinge screws.
If air need not be blown upward, flatten the top
adjustment plates. Before flattening the top
adjustment plates, be sure to put the top nozzle
in the spray stop position.
If air need not be blown downward, pull up the
bottom adjustment plates. Before pulling up the
bottom adjustment plates, be sure to put the
bottom nozzle in the spray stop position.

Be sure to stop the PTO before shifting
the fan transmission. If the PTO is still
connected, the fan may be damaged.
