Fuel System: LPG 1G-18
7) Clean or replace Filter (6) as necessary.
CAUTION
!
Clean Filter (6) using pressurized air only. Do
not use any liquid for cleaning.
Installation
Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the
following.
• Use new O-rings (2), (5), (7), (8), (9), (10) and new
Magnet (4).
• Tighten Assembly Screw (1) to specified torque.
Tightening torque
Assembly Screw (a): 15 N·m (1.5 kgf-m, 11.06 lbf-
ft)
• Check for LPG fuel leaks. )
LPG Pressure Regulator Plunger Assembly
Removal And Installation

Removal
1) Relieve LPG pressure in LPG fuel feed line. )
2) Remove Fuel Pressure Regulator. )
3) Mount LPG pressure regulator on nylon bench vise.
4) Remove Coil cap (1) with O-ring (2)
5) Remove Coil (3) and Elastic washer (4)
6) Unscrew Coil Support (5) from Solenoid valve body.
7) Remove Coil Support (5) with O-ring (6)
8) Remove Solenoid Valve Core Group (7)
9) Clean components like Body, Coil support, Coil Cap,
Coil etc.
Installation
Reverse removal procedure for installation noting the
following.
• Use new O-rings (2), (6), new Solenoid Valve core
group (7) and new elastic Washer (4).
• Tighten Coil Support (5) to specified torque.
Tightening torque
Coil Support (a): 18 N·m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.27 lbf-ft)
• Tighten Coil Cap (1) to specified torque.
