Facing out Position
Hold your baby under his/her
arms over your right shoulder
facing outwards. With your
hand bring the baby’s left leg
under and through the inner
cotton band.
Remember to leave a space
between your chest and the
“X” formed by the cotton
bands around 7–14 cms,
depending on the size of
your baby.
Load your baby inside the
“X” formed by the cotton
bands. Spread the cotton
bands around your baby
over his arms to cover
his/her chest.
Move your baby to the other
shoulder by holding he/she
under his/her arms and bring
the baby’s right leg under and
through the outer cotton band.

!
Make sure
that your
baby’s legs
passed
correctly
through and
under the
cotton bands.
This will keep
her/him safe
and secure.
!
Your baby’s
head should
be close
enough to
kiss.
In this position your
baby can explore
the world while
feeling secure by
your side.
If necessary tighten the
cotton fabric straps by
pulling forward the nylon
back straps or loosen the
straps by pulling up the
ladder adjuster buckle.
It’s time to bring the
pouch up from the
hanging position and
wrap it around you and
your baby.
!
Release the
loop bottom to
allow the pouch
head support
flap to fold
down.
Ready!
While holding your baby with
one hand, secure the pouch
by attaching the buckles and
fastening the straps. Fold
down the pouch flap
completely and pass the
baby’s arms over the pouch
as the picture shows.

Check regularly that
your baby is
correctly positioned.
Make sure there are
no twisted straps to
avoid any strain at
your back. Always
make sure that there
is enough room
around your baby’s
face to provide a
clear source of air.
!
Once your baby is able to hold his/her head up, is ready to
explore the world while keeping close contact with you!
