ASSEMBLY
Step 2
- Attach the Tail (D) to Rails (C) using the
M8-1.25 x 25mm PHP Phillips Machine Screws (M).
Step 3
- Attached the Rails (C) to the Shear Assembly (B)
using the M8-1.25 x 60mm PHP Phillips Machine Screws (J)
fitted with the M8 Star Washers (Q).
Step 4
- Attach Tail-Side mounting brackets with
M8-1.25 x 25mm PHP Machine Screws (M).
Note:
MS20-0626 shown, 620-SID uses two separate
smaller brackets.
Step 5
- Attach the Table Assembly (A) to the assembled
base with the handle opposite the blade. Use #10 x 1" FHP
Self Tapping Screws (O) opposite the blade.
Step 6
- Finish attaching the Table Assembly (A) using
M6-1.0 x 16mm PHP Machine Screws (P) in the holes
closest to the blade.
Step 7
- Use the large screw in the Handle Assembly (G)
to attach the Shear Assembly (B) so that the Back Stroke
Stop is on top. Use the 10mm Hex Key (L) to tighten.
