Adjust the Hex Bolts & Nuts on the Sliding Block as
desired to modify the sliding pressure. Ensure both
the left and right sides are adjusted equally.
3. Before storage, lubricate the rail on the cutter with
a few drops of light oil to prevent rust.
1. The 24" (610mm) Pro Tile Cutters has an adjustable
height scoring wheel with four positions. Selection
of the appropriate setting permits easier scoring
of up to 5/8" (16mm) thick tiles. Move the wheel up
to permit the breaker foot to snap the tile at any
position along the rail.
4. Replace the scoring wheel when cutting becomes
difficult or the score line is not clean. This is a
standard wear part.
