Add User
Press the "Add" button to bring up the Add User page.
The User ID and password need to be entered and privilege level needs to be selected.
The User ID and password consist of an alphanumeric string of a maximum of 15 characters.

Delete User
A user is deleted by pressing the Delete button.

Change Password
Pressing Modify Password button after selecting a user shows a page for changing password.
When changing the Admin password, the old password is checked.
