NOTE: Hand tighten bolts and Nylon Lock nuts until machine is fully assembled.
Step 2
Complete Big Foot Plate (#22) assembly using:
•
one Telescope Frame for Adj. Foot Plate (#20)
•
one Adj. Support (#21)
•
one M12*80 Button Head Cap Screw (#57)
• two Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#49)
•
one M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#61)
Attach Big Foot Plate (#22) assembly to main unit using:
• three M12*80 Button Head Cap Screw (#57) • six Φ13*Φ24*1.5 Flat Washer (#49)
• three M12 Nylon Lock Nut (#61)
Attach Left and Right Safety Bar Catches (#12,#13) using:
•
two Safety Bar Mount (#16)
• one Right Safety Bar Mount w/ Pin (#15)
• one Left Safety Bar Mount w/Pin (#14) • eight M10*75 Button Head Cap Screw (#55)
• sixteen Φ11*Φ20*2 Flat Washer (#48) • eight M10 Nylon Lock Nut (#60)
