Install Mark7 Swage Lower:
a.
Move previously installed Mark7 Swage Rod all the way up.
b.
Install Mark7 Swage Lower.
c.
Thread Mark7 Swage Rod into Mark7 Swage Lower all the way in
using 5/16” wrench
. Do
not secure it for now.
6.
Secure Mark7 SwageSense Assy
–
RL1100:
a.
Swing Swage Con Rod Back clockwise. Install Clevis and Cotter Pins (see page 2).
b.
Install Swage Cover Plate. Secure using Swage Cover Plate Hardware (see page 2).
7.
Adjust Mark7 SwageSense Assy
–
RL1100 (hold down die must be installed and adjusted):
a.
Install brand new case into a swage station.
b.
Move the Toolhead all the way down.
c.
Thread Mark7 Swage Rod up by hand until it stops.
d.
Move the Toolhead up.
e.
Add ½ of the turn up.
f.
Secure using Retaining Nut.
