Prepare Mark7 SwageSense Assy
–
RL1100 for installation:
a.
Remove Mark7 Swage Rod and Retaining Nut.
b.
Install Swage Adjust. Bolt and Swage Lock Nut.
c.
Adjust Swage Adjust. Bolt until overall length is 4.12” +/
-.042
” (
we recommend using a
caliper to measure). Maintain orientation as shown.
d.
Secure Swage Adjust. Bolt using Swage Lock Nut.
4.
Install Mark7 Swage Rod:
a.
Make sure you use correct Swage Rod. #5 engraved for small primers, #6
–
for large.
b.
Install Delrin Bushing provided on top of Mark 7 Swage Rod.
c.
Install Mark7 Swage Rod into Dillon RL1100 frame.
