CHARGE BY PRESSURE

If you selected the “charge by pressure” option in “SCREEN 2”, after entering in the

CHARGE MENU, connect the cylinder located on the floor to the IDEA TRONIC

device through a flexible hose.

If the cylinder does not have the dip tube, perform the charge turning the container

upside-down to use the liquid refrigerant fluid part.

Switch on the system to be repaired, ensure that the compressor is running, then press

the

 “ent

 key.

At  this  point,  the  empty  electronic  bar  will  appear  on  the  display  (Picture  1),

through which the operator will visualize the status of the system charge.

The procedure ends when the bar will be completely filled up.

Open the refrigerant gas tap very slowly (liquid phase) and close it as soon as the

electronic bar will be completely filled up and on the display will appear the “wait for

compensation” written words (Picture 2).

Keeping the refrigerant gas tap closed, let the equipment running for a few minutes to

allow the refrigerant fluid to stabilize inside the system. In the meantime, with the

compressor running, the electronic bar will automatically empty from the top.

Repeat the operations for a few times until the Bars shown at the end of the electronic

bar are the same (or very close) to those indicated above    xxx Bar      Bar xxx

At this stage the IDEA TRONIC device will emit an acoustic signal indicating that the

performance is completed (Picture 3).

Use with  5 - 12 - 40 Kg. cylinders
