Verify that you have your water supply (water inlet) and shower handle (water outlet).
Water flows through the unit, but there is no hot water coming out

New batteries are required for ignition spark. Verify that the batteries aligned in the
proper polarity (+/-). Check the battery case cap for instructions on how to install the
batteries properly.

Check that the water pressure is, at least, 5 PSI, sustained.
3.
Ensure that the Liquid Propane regulator is threaded all of the way on to the unit and
that you have an adequate gas in your propane bottle.

Verify that you have hooked up the outgoing water supply and the incoming water
supply properly. The shower head should be attached to the outgoing water(located at
the center) and the water supply should be attached to your incoming connection
(located on the far right).

Check if there is a blue flame by looking on the viewer pane. If you see a yellow flame
it could be a cracked gas regulator. Please call Marey Heaters Corp directly if this
happens, do not attempt to use it.

The unit is being operated at an altitude above the 6,000 feet. The unit has been
tested at altitudes of more than 7,000 feet but we only recommend using it below an
elevations of 6,000 feet.

Check that the thermocouple is able to complete the circuit by checking that is
flushed with the hole in the heat exchanger. This is possibly occurring because is either
too low or high to complete it.

Look if the gas sensors have come loose or check that is properly connected.

If you run out of gas, if you have low gas, or if your Propane gas cylinders are
contaminated with air (especially new tanks upon their first filling), than Cycle the unit
on and off by using the shower head switch several times (5) to purge the air from the
gas.

This unit activate at a sustained water pressures of 5-145 PSI. If your house water
pressure is below the minimum the unit will not activate. You will need a sustained
water pressure of approximately 40-60 PSI for adequate use.

Marey warranty cover parts and labor during its lifetime. The warranty does not
cover reimbursement.
If the heater undergoes any changes under warranty and had been repaired within
this period, it is your responsibility to contact Marey to notify the new serial number.
5 YEARS WARRANTY COVERAGE
Marey Heater guarantees this water heater to the original owner of the water heater
at the original installation location against defects in material for the periods
specified below.

1st month of purchase:
cover parts, labor and shipping back and forth.
1st year of purchase:
cover parts and labor. Customer should ship the unit to
Marey Heater Corp Central Services in Puerto Rico in order to get it repaired.
2nd to 5th year of purchase:
cover parts. Customer should ship the unit to Marey
Heater Corp Central Services in Puerto Rico in order to get it repaired.
Note:
Damage caused by exposure to freezing conditions is not covered by the
warranty.
Note:
Damage caused by scale formation is not covered by the warranty.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY MADE
BY THE MANUFACTURER AND IS MADE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED (WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL),
FOR OTHER SELLERS OR DISTRIBUTORS.
2.
Manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, special or
contingent damages or expenses arising, directly or indirectly, from any defect in
the water heater or the use of the water heater.
