2.2 Step count
The step count is enabled by default. This interface displays the current
number of steps, kilometers, calories and heart rate. The data are cleared
every day at 12 am.
2.3 Health
2.3.1 Heart rate (Bpm):
correctly place the bracelet on your wrist (left or right
arm), enter the heart rate function and let the bracelet take the heart rate value.
If the bracelet is linked to the application, the heart rate data is synchronized
with the application in real time.
2.3.2 Blood pressure (mmHg):
correctly place the bracelet on your wrist (left
or right arm), enter the blood pressure function and let the bracelet take the
blood pressure value. If the bracelet is linked to the application, blood pressure
data is synchronized with the application in real time.
2.3.3 Sleep:
The sleep monitoring period is from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. the
next day. After the bracelet saves the data and the sleep monitoring is finished,
the data is synchronized with the application if the bracelet is linked to the
application.
