• If the temperature warning indic ator illuminates , and the projec tor enters s tandby mode, follow the
pos s ible s olutions above and then wait until the projec tor has c ooled down c ompletely before plug-
ging in the power c ord and turning the power bac k on. (At leas t 10 minutes .)
• If the power is turned off for a brief moment due to power outage or s ome other c aus e while us ing
the projec tor, and the power s upply rec overs immediately after that, the lamp indic ator will illumi-
nate in red and the lamp may not be lit. In this c as e, unplug the power c ord from the AC outlet,
replac e the power c ord in the AC outlet and then turn the power on again.
• The c ooling fan keeps the internal temperature of the projec tor c ons tant and this func tion is c on-
trolled automatic ally. The s ound of the c ooling fan may c hange during operation bec aus e the fan
s peed may c hange and this is not a malfunc tion.
• Do not unplug the power c ord after the projec tor has entered s tandby mode and while the c ooling
fan is running. The c ooling fan runs for about 90 s ec onds .
