Once the HPR400 plus reaches the end of its service life, it must be disposed of
with due care for the protection of the environment. The HPR400 plus can also be
sent to MAPAL for proper disposal.

The markings on the insert indi-
cate the rotation order (1 to 4).
This order must be maintained!

Place the new or rotated insert half the
way into the insert pocket.
10.
Press the insert into the insert pocket,
at the same time sliding the insert
down the insert pocket (see Fig. 6: Fit-
ting a new insert).

Secure the insert with the clamping
screw.

Tighten the insert using only the suitable TORX® PLUS-Torque wrench.
Tightening torque:

Tighten the clamping screw with the
defined tightening torque in a clock-
wise direction.
