Configuring, Managing, and Syncing a NFB
Newsline Account

If you have an NFB Newsline account, the Mantis allows you

to connect to your account and download NFB material for

reading in the Library.
Configure account: Enter your NFB Newsline credentials,

select the issue update frequency, and determine whether

your Mantis should keep or delete outdated issues.
Manage publications: Select which material you wish to

subscribe to. Subscribed material is underlined.
Sync content now: Downloads the latest issues of your

subscribed material.

Updating the Mantis Q40

When connected to the Internet, Mantis regularly looks to see

if a newer version is available for download. If a new version

is available, Mantis asks if you wish to download the update.

Select Ok by pressing the Previous or Next thumb key to

download the update now or Cancel to update it later.
