Il coperchio deve essere premuto in modo tale che i due
mandrini nel suo bordo posteriore vengano introdotti
tramite i fori del recipiente per l’impasto della pasta e
dell’unità di alimentazione.

Il coperchio del recipiente per l’impasto della pasta deve
essere premuto in modo tale da bloccarsi nella giusta
posizione.
Funzionamento
1.
All’inizio nel recipiente per l’impasto della pasta bisogna inserire gli ingredienti sciolti, es.
farina e spezie (gli ingredienti liquidi vengono aggiunti più tardi).
2.
Sul recipiente per l’impasto della pasta bisogna mettere il coperchio (vedi capitolo
"Montaggio", passi 10-12).
3.
L’interruttore di funzione rotondo deve essere messo in
posizione
MIX
(mescolamento/impasto).
4.
L’interruttore quadrato On/Off deve essere messo in
posizione
MIX
(mescolamento/impasto) per iniziare ad
impastare.
5.
Successivamente bisogna versare lentamente gli
ingredienti liquidi (acqua, succo di verdure o miscela di
acqua e uova) tramite l’ingresso lungo che si trova nel
lato sinistro del coperchio del recipiente per l’impasto
della pasta per aggiungerli agli altri ingredienti.
Bisogna assicurarsi che i liquidi non fuoriescano e che si
mescolino in modo omogeneo con gli ingredienti restanti.
6.
Nel caso in cui venga aggiunta una quantità troppo
grossa di liquidi, può essere necessario aggiungere
farina tramite il foro che si trova nel lato destro del
coperchio del recipiente per l’impasto della pasta in
modo da ottenere la giusta consistenza.
7.
A seconda della quantità di ingredienti, l’impasto della pasta può durare circa 5-10
minuti. Quando gli ingredienti si uniscono e creano una pasta elastica e liscia,
l’interruttore On/Off deve essere messo in posizione
OFF
(vedi il capitolo „
Indicazioni per ottenere un Impasto Ottimale”).
8.
Successivamente bisogna lasciare a riposare l’impasto per circa 30 minuti.
9.
L’interruttore di funzione rotondo deve essere messo in
posizione

(pressione).
