Troubleshooting Guide
Should you experience difficulties in the use of this player,
please refer to the following chart.

Solution
Unit cannot be
operated.
Unit crashes and
“hangs”.
Disconnect from the
mains for around 5
seconds.Then switch the
unit on again.
No Charging
Wall outlet is not
functioning.
Plug another device into
the same outlet to confirm
the outlet is working.
The battery is
dead.
Recharge the battery.
The speaker is not
linked with the cell
phone.
Go through “Speaker
Operations” process to
link the speaker.
NO Sound
Volume set too
low.
Increase the volume of
your device.
Speaker is not
paired to the audio
source.
Check whether a
connection exists. If
necessary, pair the
speaker again to the
audio source.
Increase the volume on
the speaker
No audio signal
via the Bluetooth
connection
Volume too low
Increase the volume on
the audio source.
