fully deflated.

Cleaning
routine cleaning
Remove the cover. Fully inflate the Leglifter, sponge clean with a detergent solution and dry thoroughly.
Do not dry using hot air.
The cover can be machine washed up to 70°C tumble dried and hot ironed.
The cover is manufactured
from a material which has been PROBAN™ treated for fire retardancy. To retain the fire retardancy
properties, do not use soap or soap powder and do not use hypochlorite bleach.
NOTE:
The following detergents/washing powders may be used to launder the cover:- Ariel, Daz, Tide,
Fairy Non Bio, Surf automatic, Dreft, Surf, Persil System Automatic. Some brands now state ‘suitable for
FR fabrics’.
The following washing powders, which are soap based must not
be used:- Acdo, Lux soap flakes
. If a
washing product is soap-based, it will be stated on the pack.

Remove the cover. Fully inflate the Leglifter
and pre-clean by washing with detergent and water and
then disinfect using either buffered hypochlorite (such as ‘Milton’ solution) or a hard surface, alcohol
impregnated wipe.
Do not dry using hot air.
The cover can be thermal disinfected at 70°C for 3 minutes, followed by tumble drying.
Storage
Ensure that the Leglifter is thoroughly dry before storing. Store deflated. Insert the Vent Plug (fig. 10) in
the air hose fitting to assist in releasing any trapped air.
Maintenance
Periodically check the air hose for signs of damage or wear.
Periodically check the fitting straps
for signs of damage or wear.
Regularly launder the cover and allow to thoroughly dry before
refitting.
We recommend that your Leglifter is inspected annually by either your supplier or other suitably
qualified
person. If required, Mangar International can provide full maintenance within an annual service contract.
