4.  Complete Installation:

 Refer to Steps  8, 

and 9, in the Ceiling Supported Installation 

section, to complete the Roof-Supported 

installation.  

TEE-SUPPORTED INSTALLATIONS 

Tee-Supported installations are used when 

passing through a wall to an outside chimney.  

The required parts and general configuration 

are as shown in 

Figures 23, and 24

.  

1.  Place Appliance:

 Position the appliance 

according to the manufacturer’s instructions.  

2.  Cut and Frame Opening:

 Cut 

14-1/4 inch diameter holes in the inner and 

outer walls.  The center of these holes should 

be aligned with the center of  the stove’s flue 

outlet collar.  For new construction, prior to 

sheetrock or other covering of the wall studs is 

applied, frame a square opening between the 

studs, as specified in Table 2.

masonry, or cinder-block, a 14-1/4 inch
