Removing cylinder liners

Note:

Observe oversizes for cylinder liner
outside diameters and collar heights
(see “Service data”).

engine so that it can be reinstalled if reused.

Insert the cylinder liner extractor apparatus into the
cylinder liner, taking care not to damage the oil
spray nozzle.

Hold the extractor spindle in place and extract the
cylinder liner by turning the nut.
