The moving parts of the transmission jack must be lubricated regularly.

Use CH68 hydraulic oil or hydraulic oil of the same quality for the trans-
mission jack. Do not use brake fluid.

The hydraulic oil volume for the different models is as follows:

TJ6 1.0L
•
TJ3 0.7L
•
Have the transmission jack bracket, foot base and wheels, seal kits and
safety valve regularly inspected for wear by a professional service techni-
cian.

Keep the safety labels on the transmission jack intact and legible.
•
If the gearbox jack is defective, take it out of service and have it repaired
by an authorized repair center before using the transmission jack again.
•
Only use accessories and adapters supplied by the manufacturer.
•
Check the transmission jack components daily for damage or deformati-

Oplossing: Controleer of de ontluchtingsnippel is uitgetrokken (Zie as-
semblage)

Probleem: De versnellingsbakkrik zakt met last.
Oplossing: Controleer of het drukventiel gesloten is.
Let op! Neem contact op met uw verkooppunt als de oplossingen het
probleem niet verhelpen.

Problem: The transmission jack cannot be raised to the highest position.
Solution: Check and top up hydraulic oil (See maintenance)

Problem: Oil pump is empty.
Solution: Check whether the bleed nipple is pulled out (See assembly)

Problem: The transmission jack drops with load.
Solution: Check whether the pressure valve is closed.
