Check the body of the crane for signs of wear
and tear, cracks and deformation.
Put the crane of use immediately / replace the damaged
parts.
Check the mounting of the base on the truckbed
for signs of wear and tear, cracks and
deformation.
Put the crane out of use immediately / Have it repaired
by a specialized mechanic/company.
Check the truck bed itself for signs of wear and
tear, cracks and deformation.
Put the crane of use immediately / replace the steel
wire.
Check if all bolts and nuts are still firmly
tightened.
Tighten the bolts and nuts if necessary.
Check all components for signs of wear and tear,
dirt and dust.
Clean the crane and make sure there is no sign of
dangerous wear and tear.
Check if all moving parts are greased sufficiently.
Grease all moving parts (turntable and pulleys) with
EP40 multi grease.
