Q. WHAT DOES THE AIR PURIFIER DO?
A. The Classic Air Purifier is designed to trap 99% of the bacteria, mold, and
allergens in your home or space. It treats the air in your home or office by
breaking down odor causing pollutants and dropping airborne particulate from
your breathing space.
Q. HOW DOES THE AIR PURIFIER TREAT THE AIR?
A. The Classic Air Purifier produces ozone and negatively charged ions, in the
same way nature uses these effective cleansing agents to treat outdoor air.
Q. HOW DOES THE CLASSIC AIR PURIFIER WORK?
A. The purifier effectively traps 99% of pollutants through a three-stage process:
1. The Classic Air Purifier uses a needlepoint ionizer to drop dust, smoke and
other harmful particles from the air we breathe. In our homes and offices there
are a lack of negative ions and an abundance of positive ions. The buildings
we spend most of our time in block out the natural occurring negative ions. The
Classic Air Purifier recreates the natural balance of positive to negative ions to
significantly reduce airborne particulate.
2. This Purifier uses electricity to split oxygen O
2
molecules into single Oxygen
atoms, which attach loosely to other O
2
molecules to become O
3
(activated
oxygen). This loosely attached oxygen atom is unstable and seeks to bond
with chemical compounds and other odor causing pollutants in order to oxidize
them.
3. HEPA filters are effective at capturing dust, mold, pollens, allergens and
other solid particles as small as 3 micron. Through a very fine paper-like filter,
the pollutants in the air pass through the HEPA filter and are trapped. At this
point, any bacteria and particles die because the HEPA filters are dry and
sterile, preventing any future growth.
4. Carbon filters are great at absorbing odors and eliminating foul smell from
the air.
5. UV Lamp and Photocatalytic (TiO2) work together to destroy and eliminate
any viruses and VOC that’s too small to be trapped by the HEPA filter.
