Step 3 – Assembly the checkered plates
3.1 Please check if plates are properly secured with the edge
covers (32)
Put the checkered plates (10, 11, 12) on the main frame
and screw using:
1)
Bottom checkered plate (10) – 1 pcs
2)
Left upper checkered plate (11) – 1 pcs
3)
Right upper checkered plate (12) – 1 pcs
4)
Self-drilling screw DIN 7504-P 4,2x25 (27) – 40 pcs
Step 4 – Assembly the seats
4.1 Assembling the bottom seat frames
Assemble the seat frame (6) using:
1)
Hex socket cap screw with low head
DIN 6912 M10x60 (25) – 4 pcs
2)
DIN 125 A10,5 washer (17) – 8 pcs
3)
DIN 127 A10 washer (19) – 4 pcs
4)
DIN 1587 M10 cap nut (22) – 4 pcs
