1. Put the control handle assembly (9) onto the drum arm (8).
2. Align the hole on the control handle assembly and the support tube, put the bolt (C)
with flat washer (A) into the hole, then use the nut (B) to fasten the control handle
assembly onto the drum arm. (Fig. 12)
